Nike Mercurial Superfly Lieke Martens 2017 Signature Boots Released

Nike yesterday night celebrated a distinguished double as Cristiano Ronaldo and Lieke Martens both won the 2017 FIFA The Best Player Titles. To mark Lieke Martens' incredible year of achievements such as her important rule in the Netherlands triumph at the 2017 European Championships, Nike has created a signature 'Lieke' Mercurial Superfly V soccer boot.

Martens was named Player of the Euro 2017 Tournament, saying at the time, "All we want is for women's football to be as popular and successful as possible. This could be the start of something special. My teammates and I are so proud of what we have achieved and hopefully our success will lead to even more young girls playing football," says Martens.

These are the special cleats Nike created to honor Lieke Martens' 2017 The Best title and their incredible year.

The boot's color palette pays homage to the Oranje Leeuwinnen (Orange Lionesses) and the Leeuwinne icon appears on the heel and on the sockliner. The sole plate of the boot features a color shift from silver into blue, then fading in Orange around the forefoot. The lace aglets read, "1st," in recognition of her team's first European Championship, as well as the individual hardware she's accumulated. The Swoosh has a multi-color orange to blue fade with a platinum-hued outline.

Martens's first name in all caps, "LIEKE," appears on the medial side of the boot where "NIKE" normally appears. The platinum color of the letters is a nod to her most recent trophy acquisition.

Solar Yellow Adidas X 17+ Purespeed Ocean Storm Boots

The Solar Yellow Adidas X 17+ Purespeed  part of the Adidas Ocean Storm collection , The third colorway for the third generation of the Adidas X is 'Solar Yellow' for the most part, recalling the look of the very first Adidas X that launched in 2015.  The Adidas Kith Copa 17 cleats are expected to be released on May 19 and will definitely be very limited.

ADIDAS X KITH COPA 17.1 - BLACK / GOLD

A strong, color-blocking look, the first-ever Nike Hypervenom Phantom 3 cleats are split between green on the outside and orange on the inside. The two Swooshes, sitting on the outside rear and instep of the Nike Hypervenom Phantom III, are black, as is the majority of the sole plate.

In terms of features, the Nike Hypervenom Phantom III is the first low-cut Nike boot to feature a Flyknit upper. The flexible upper of the new Nike Hypervenom cleats is 3D-textured in critical ball touch areas and features Flyknit strings on both sides for improved lockdown. Part of the Adidas Chequered Black football boot collection, the black Adidas Copa 17.1 boots were launched in early January 2017.

Tech-wise, the black and white Adidas Chequered Black Copa 2017 soccer boots have a kangaroo-leather upper for the most part, with only the very rear being an exception and made of synthetic leather. Other key features of the new Adidas Copa 17 cleats include a fold-over compression tongue and an Ortholite sockliner.

The sole plate of the Adidas Copa 2017 football boots is almost identical to that of the Adidas Ace, with the biggest difference probably being the visual design. It has eleven conical studs aligned in a classic set-up, as well as an arch in the midfoot area for increased stability.

Closer Look | 2017 Nike Mercurial Victory CR7 Vitórias - Ballon d'Or Boots

Nike just released the first-ever takedown version of a limited-edition Nike Cristiano Ronaldo football boot. Based on the famous Nike Mercurial Superfly V CR7 Vitórias 2016 Ballon d'Or soccer cleats, the Nike Mercurial Victory CR7 commemorates Cristiano Ronaldo's achievements with his club and country in 2016.

The original Nike Mercurial Superfly V CR7 were unveiled in December 2016 after the Portuguese superstar won his fourth Ballon d'Or. Cristiano Ronaldo won both the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Euro 2016 championship in 2016. Cristiano Ronaldo will not wear them, logically.

NIKE MERCURIAL VICTORY CR7 VITÓRIAS - PURE PLATINUM / WHITE / BLACK / GOLD

This is the takedown Nike Mercurial Superfly CR7 Vitórias soccer cleat.

Boasting a similar design as the Nike Mercurial Superfly V CR7 Vitórias boot, the takedown Nike Mercurial Superfly Victory Cristiano Ronaldo Ballon d'Or boots are white with black and old applications.

Compared to the original Superfly version, the Nike Mercurial Victory CR7 takedown cleats are much less outstanding featuring no Speedribs and a non-shimmering sole plate.

Tech-wise, the Nike Mercurial Victory CR7 Vitórias are not a high-end boot, to say the least. While they feature a Dynamic Fit collar, they just come with a synthetic leather upper and a full length TPU plate. The lack features such as a knitted upper, ACC technology and Speedribs.

As the first-ever Nike Hypervenom Phantom 3 football boots is bright green (Electric Green), the inside is painted in an orangish red (Hyper Orange). Both the laces and the lower part of the studs on the sole plate of the all-new Nike Hypervenom III boots are Volt.

All brandings on the Nike Hypervenom Phantom III cleats are positioned like on the first and second generations, and colored black. Both the sole plate and the collar lining are black as well.

Like their predecessors, the new Nike Hypervenom III boots are designed to offer lockdown, improve ball touch and support dynamic motion.

The Electric Green Nike Hypervenom Phantom III feature a full-Flyknit upper for the first time in the history of the silo and an engineered texture which looks somewhat similar to the iconic first-gen Hypervenom upper pattern. Retaining the trademark offset lacing construction, the Nike Hypervenom 2017 cleats introduce a new construction that sees the lower four lace holes on the outstep replaced by loops. This part will be interesting to see on the actual top model, especially in combination with Flywire.

On top of the new upper, the Nike Hypervenom 3 soccer cleats bring a new sole plate that takes inspiration from that of the 2016 Nike Mercurial and that of the Nike Hypervenom 1 and 2. Keeping the formers alignment in general, the new plate features chevron-shaped studs on the inside, while the traditional cones are replaced by hexagonal ones. Two bladed studs are placed centrally at the front. From a material viewpoint, the sole plate of the Nike Hypervenom Phantom III boots features a more flexible material in the front (Pebax), whereas the rear is made of a studier nylon.

New Leaked Orange Nike Hypervenom Phantom III Boots

Another upcoming Nike Hypervenom Phantom III soccer cleat colorway has been leaked, and this time it's a truly spectacular and outstanding design. Forming part of a collection with the already leaked Deep Royal Blue Mercurial, these orange, navy and chrome Nike Hypervenom 3 boots are set to be launched in the latter stages of the 2016-17 season.

Employing a half-and-half design and mixing up lots of different colors, these new Nike Hypervenom Phantom 3 boots are orange on the outside and dark blue on the inside. Next up is chrome, which is used for the Swooshes, one of which also features an interesting star pattern, and most of the sole plate. Last but not least, Volt is used for the front part of the sole plate, as well as the partially exposed Flywire strings in the midfoot area.

Like all previous editions, the orange and blue Nike Hypervenom III 2017 football boots are designed to offer lockdown, comfort and improved ball feel with a one-piece Flyknit upper with an engineered 3-D texture. The outsole was also completely reconstructed for the Nike Hypervenom 3 cleats compared to their predecessors.
